To help with your ordering process, you can now first send us a Quote Request so that we can determine your discount. Place items in your cart and to generate a quote, view your cart and then click on the Request A Quote button. 

• Review your quote for any errors.
• Add items if you wish before submitting.
• Complete all requested fields.
• Don't forget to include any bid award or reference number.
• If you do not have a Student Award Number, just write in "N/A".
• After submission, you will receive an email for you to print a PDF of your quote. (Check SPAM folder if you do not see).
• Upon receiving your quote, we will then reply within 1-2 business, with a discount amount for you to review.
• If approved, we ship within 1-2 business days, depending on inventory. We ship orders complete and do not back order items. We will notify you of available substitutions or order delay time.

Please note: We are not responsible for any errors and any re-shipments are at your cost. (Unless if our error). Make sure all your address and shipping information is correct and review all emails sent to you for accuracy. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see any emails.
